Our property management company has worked with Newlin Construction for over 6 years. In that time they have done numerous large scale jobs for us at multiple sites including installing new windows, replacing and building new decks, new siding, building custom pavilions, and various repair and remodeling work. The owner Josh, is professional and very knowledgeable on all of the different projects. He is able to work with our varying time frames and stay on schedule as we deal with coordinating with the residents.  When we work together I know I am getting the best price for the job and it will be done right.  I trust Newlin Construction and their expertise to make all of our projects a success!

Newlin Construction has done several jobs at my home. Josh and his guys are great and easy to work with. He designed and built my deck, he removed a wall and added a support beam in my kitchen, and he installed windows and patio door. Every job was done on time and the price was great. I would definitely hire Josh and his crew again for any home improvement or remodeling job.
