2019 APARTMENT renovation
Our goal was to modernize exterior features of an apartment complex. We replaced balconies with composite decking and aluminum railings. Also we built up the bump out sections to add depth to the buildings, and installed a canopy/wall system for aesthetics as well as privacy. We also replaced siding and windows in the bump out sections. We changed the outside building lights to LED for cost savings on electricity and more safety at night.

Replaced all windows and patio doors throughout apartment complex in New Hope, MN.
